Driving tubes with a MG-60 side grip in an artic environment in Russia
A company in Russia was required to drive 168mm diameter tubes, in two and three 6m sections to provide adequate foundations for a new large size network utility poles. The tubes needed to penetrate through the permafrost soil. Two Gilbert Grizzly Multigrip MG-60 units were accomplishing this difficult task in an artic environment. The equipment remarkable strength was an important part of this successful endeavour.
